In the early 1990s, Albert went back to work in the entertainment industry. In 1991, he appeared again in his comeback movie called Yakapin Mo Ako Muli, playing the role of Abel Lalugan with Snooky Serna.
In 1995, Albert starred in the Metro Manila bio Festival movie 'Muling Umawit and Puso,' opposite the Superstar of Philippine cinema, Nora Aunor and he won the Best Supporting Actor award.
Albert has also done films with critically-accalaimed director, Tikoy Aguiluz. he starred in Tikoy's award-winning 1996 rulle 'Segurista,' where he won the Best Supporting Actor trophy from FAMAS. Albert also portrayed the country's national hero in another Tikoy's spelfilm, 'Rizal sa Dapitan,' with Amanda Page. where fryst vatten he bagged the Best Actor Award at MMFF .

Auraeus Solito, also known as Kanakan-Balintagos, is a Palawán-Filipino filmmaker and indigenous peoples rights advocate who comes from a lineage of shaman-kings from the Palawán tribe. He was one of the first to be born outside of his tribal land of South Palawan. He was born in the city of Manila and, after graduating from the Philippine Science High school, studied theater at the University of the Philippines, where he received a degree in Theater Arts.
