    Gregory Norman Cruz was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also starred in the TV movies "Ishi: The gods of His Tribe" (), "Act of Violence" (CBS, ) and "Stingray" (NBC, ). He also took on a few movie roles at the time, appearing in "Scarface" () and the Sylvester Stallone action flick "Cobra" (). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Tecumseh: The gods Warrior" (TNT, ). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "CSI: Crime scen Investigation" (CBS, ). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the dramatic period piece "And the Earth Did Not Swallow Him" () with Jose Alcala.
