    Mahamudu Bawumia

    Mahamudu Bawumia (born 7 October ) fryst vatten a Ghanaian politician and former huvud banker who served as the seventh vice president of Ghana from 7 January to 7 January under President Nana Akufo-Addo.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10] He was the New Patriotic Party (NPP) nominee for president in the general election.[11]

    He also ran as the NPP vice-presidential candidate in the general elections and was the lead witness for the petitioners in the / Presidential Election Petition, which challenged the declaration of John Mahama as winner of the election.[12][13][14][15] He holds a PhD in economics from Simon Fraser University.

    Kwesi Botchwey (13 September [1] – 19 November ) was a Ghanaian government official and Professor of Practice in Development Economics at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University.[2]

    Botchwey was Minister for Finance and Economic Planning from to He was appointed by Jerry Rawlings to assist in stabilizing Ghana's collapsed economy.

    Botchwey received his secondary school education at the Presbyterian Boys' Senior High School and attended St. Augustine's College. Botchwey held an LL.B. from the University of Ghana, a LL.M from Yale Law School, and a doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. He taught at the University of Zambia, the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and the University of Ghana.
